After following the instructions for the new Acurite Access, I am getting the solid blue light and data is transferring to the Myacurtie page, but the transfer to WU seems to be broken. I deleted my SmartHub from the website and added the Access information. When I attempt to share weather (using the Share to Weather Underground drop down), second drop down from the top and add the Access information I get a 'Weather Underground Station ID already in use' error. I see my station in the top drop down and the share data is checked.
Also, since it has been a while since I activated a new hub, the WU password is the station key not my WU login password, right? I have tried both and so data seems to be transferring to WU.
Passwords are good. I did read the Acurite FAQ and I verified I needed to add the station key for the password. I did that and now it let me add the new Access to share...now waiting for the 30 minutes to see if data uploads to WU. As a first adopter there will be some issues...
I have been down since 2130 EST last night...but I will figure it out.
I tried to reload my SmartHub and cannot get access to it, it claims this Smart Hub is owned by someone else, even though I do not think I used an alternate e-mail for myacurite access. Maybe Jennifer or someone else at Acurite can help. I would like to link my Access to my old WU Station ID. I have both attached right now and the Access is performing flawlessly, no gaps, while my SmartHub is still showing gaps.
