AcuRite Access not connecting

I received my new Access a few weeks ago. Plugged it in, took a few minutes for the blue light to turn on, added it to MyAcuRite, everything was great. Then, it started to drop a connection or something... The Ethernet status lights stay on (solid amber, flashing green), but the blue light on the front is not on- nothing at all. I know my router is working just fine, I can get my old SmartHub to work just fine, but nothing I do seems to get the blue light to turn on. I have completely unplugged it and removed the batteries, then repeated the setup process, but it still won’t turn on. Any ideas? I’m not well-versed in network jargon, so take it easy please!
