Will My Acurite completely stop working if I do not buy this new product?  This really does not seem fair that I now have to buy a new product to keep getting what I have.  I am totally happy with my SmartHub and do not want or care about any additional functionality.  Other companies drop support for certain products, but that does not mean they stop working.  I should mean they are no longer serviced, warrantied or will no longer get new functionality.  How many  versions of Windows has Microsoft dropped support for over the years.  Yet, they still work.  It does not mean the computer stops working.  LAME

This is CRAZY!  Are you telling us that since we bought your product a year ago, we are out of luck?  Whoever wrote that email that went out to your CUSTOMERS should be fired.  An explanation of what is going on is needed ASAP.
