Acurite access losing sensor connection after network outage

New Acurite Access loses sensor connections after network outage. My location is connected by a WISP and occasionally sees network outages. For the last 2 times, the network outage is followed by the 5 in 1 weather station + Temp and humidity sensors going offline and not returning in the app. Even when the network comes back, the Access does not recognize that the sensors are online. This did not happen with the older Hub.

For example: Internet connection was lost at 5:00AM this morning. Internet came back online at 8:55AM. All sensors connected to the Access last reported at 8:55AM and are still Offline as of 3:00P. Last time I was able to get the Access to show sensors online only through deleting each individual sensor and claiming them again. This is very frustrating. The Access should not forget how to talk with a sensor after a network outage.

Cold Boot your Access. (remove both cables, then attach)
My DSL router died last week, but my extensive home network, stayed up for the 3 days it took to get a replacement :(.  WU saw the Access data after a cold boot (needed to refresh the IP. Warm boot (Access UI) did not help) , but my sensors showed offline for almost 24 hours.

Thanks Steve! Tried that first thing. Removed batteries, removed power cords and Ethernet. Let Access sit for 30 seconds. Plugged everything back in. I did that at noon and 3 hours later sensors still show offline :(
