Acurite Access Connectivity Issue, No network lights

I have an Acurite Access that I bought exactly 1 month ago on 3/28.  I noticed today I had a gap in data and looked at the Access.  Blue light was on fine, however I turned it around and no network lights were on.  The switch it's plugged into also did not have network lights for that port, but other ports were active and traffic flowing fine.  I swapped ports: No joy.  I swapped cables: No joy.  I swapped ports AND cables, no joy.  Is this Access dead with respect to the internal Ethernet adapter?  Thanks.

Did you restart the Access?
Remove both the power AND the network cables.  Wait ~2 minutes. connect the Network, then the power.
The front should end up steady blue and your Link lights should be activated.

If the blue led does a 3 flash pattern, DO NOTHING. the firmware is updating and you run the risk of bricking if interrupted

Removed both the power (USB) as well as pulled batteries as well as Cat6 cable.  Waited 10 minutes (just for sanity's sake).  Connected Cat6, then new batteries, then USB.  Blue light never flashed...steady on entire time it was powered.  No network lights, at all.

Well I just figured it out!  Turns out the transformer (USB) was bad!.  I had another transformer that has a micro USB connector...and VOILA...it powered up....network lights illuminated and all is well.  Thanks for the help.
