AcuRite Access can't be added to my devices

My AcuRite Access (09155M) hasn't been able to be added since I installed it a few weeks ago. It has a solid blue light and I can access it via it's IP address and see that its reading my weather station. It is still on Firmware version 46.

Sadly, welcome to the club.
Seems that several of us Access users are experiencing this problem. Mine is also at the 046 FW rev.

I've had a support case open for a little over a week. Got an update today stating the following
"We have sent a firmware update to the Access units which should resolve this issue you have been experiencing.".

Encouraging, however my Access has not taken said update. Tried all the tricks of resetting it, shutting down my router, letting router come back up and then connecting the Access. No go. Even added the Access IP to the DMZ list in my router just to see what would happen. Still at rev 046 and still can't Add or Replace it in my account. The error message

"Device must be connected and reporting data to claim. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking."

I am also have the same problem. My Access hasn't been able to be added. The LED indicate that everything is fine and I can access it via IP address. But when I try to add it, there is a message at My Acurite, saying:

Device must be connected and reporting data to claim. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking."
