Hi all,

I am graphing my AcuRite data using its CSV file.  All was working great until suddenly the CSV file changed format.  Please see below.

2/20/2016 11:00,45,55,58,57.5,70,55.2,29.67763,1.31,2/19/2016 19:05,2.485485,55,4.349598,337.5,4.97097
2/20/2016 11:12,45,54,58,57.7,73,54.1,29.67763,1.31,2/19/2016 19:05,2.485485,54,2.485485,225,4.97097
2/20/2016 11:24,45,56,56,61.3,70,55.8,29.67763,1.31,2/19/2016 19:05,2.485485,56,3.728227,247.5,6.213712
2/20/2016 11:36,46,55,58,58.1,71,55.4,29.67763,1.31,2/19/2016 19:05,1.864114,55,1.864114,22.5,6.213712
"2/20/2016 11:48:00 AM","45","56","52","63.6","69","55.6","29.6481","1.31","2/19/2016 7:05:00 PM","2.485485","56","1.864114","315","6.213712"
"2/20/2016 12:00:00 PM","46","57","51","65.4","67","56.8","29.6481","1.31","2/19/2016 7:05:00 PM","2.485485","57","1.864114","22.5","6.213712"
As hopefully you can see, the last two lines have double-quotation marks around each entry.  This greatly confuses my graphing program.  Did I mistakenly change a setting?  Can I get the old behavior back?

Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill,

What program are you using to read your csv file?  We recommend using a program that can sort your data for you such as Excel.  If you have any other questions, please contact AcuRite customer support at 877-221-1252.  Have a great day!
