Do you have your display on the correct A/B/C setting?

If not that, perhaps it's out-of-range?

Eric you did not say what model numbers you are working with, are you sure your second display is compatible with the sensor you are using?

Hello Eric,
What are the models of your two display units?  If you are using two 5in1 displays, please follow the battery recommendations and troubleshooting steps listed below.
Batteries:

•Verify you are using fresh alkaline batteries or lithium batteries (when temperature is below -4°F/-20°C) in sensor.

•Quality brand batteries are recommended, including Duracell, Rayovac, Energizer, or Kirkland.

•Verify batteries are fresh. The battery expiration date should be at least 6 years out. Batteries can lose 3% power or more every year in storage.

•Heavy duty, extra strength or generic / store brand batteries are not recommended for use with AcuRite products because they may cause performance irregularities due to the way these types of batteries disperse power. Each battery should not exceed 1.6 volts.

•Rechargeable batteries are not recommended for use with AcuRite products because they may cause performance irregularities due to the voltage instability of these types of batteries.

•Mixing different battery types (brands, old/new, etc.) is not recommended.

Hard reset:

- Bring both units side by side and remove all batteries, unplug display if it has an ac adapter

- Change the ABC Switch to a different setting and ensure that both are on the same setting. example - If on A, move both to C

- Place batteries into the outdoor sensor first

- Place batteries into display

- Allow units to sit side by side until they connect.

Brian your 06037 display will only show the info from a 5 in 1 sensor, but you say you have a hub so you should be able to see the 592txr info on your Myacurite dashboard.

Hello Brian,
I can see you are using PC Connect on My AcuRite.  PC Connect will only display your 5in1 sensor, not any additional sensors.  To see additional sensors you will need to purchase an AcuRite Access.  I have provided a link below for your convenience. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.

Ok Brian your display and all your sensors need to be on the same ABC channel, your 5 in 1 sensor should be under the heading (my sensors if its set up and working) and the 592 sensor should be under (available sensors ) until you pick it. The 24c86e is the mac address the acurite starts its sensors with.
