Are you getting a "server can't get data" or some such error?

Go to the "backyard weather" (online app) and delete the sensors from "Geneva" or "AcuRite HQ" or any others that aren't yours and see if that fixes it.

If that's not the error you're getting (or it doesn't fix it), please post more details.

I copied this from anothet post and it also fixed my problem. To fix, on a computer log on to the my backyard weather website.

In the upper right hand corner use the drop down menu and select "follow my friends bridge," there will be a bridge from Geneva Wis. Delete that from the list.

I did and now my Android app works just fine.

Yes. Thanks to both responses. This fixed the problem. AcuRite should not add these by default if they cause problems.

Thanks for the post. Fixed my problem too. I agree with DWK, Acu-Rite should NOT add their device by default.

open the acurite connect program on your computer and see if console is detected and if it is streaming acurite program must remain minimized for everything to work.
