The bridge upgrade failed on my bridge, I have only one blue light and its not flashing. Tried resetting it, etc. Also, my account is messed up somehow. I can't log on, but I also can't recreate it because it says the device is in use. The MAC is 24-c8-6e-01-88-23. Can you reset the account so I can start over? Also what should I do about the bridge? Can I get a replacement?
