Accurite model 01536CAUDI issue to connect the unit to the apple application

I cannot connect my unit in the apple app in the settings. It does not recognise the device even if the unit is working fine and display all the information. I am also doing this within a metre of the unit so it cannot be an issue of distance. What is the problem and how do I solve it? Thanks,

Hello Marie-Lise,

Do you have the Pc Connect software downloaded? Here is the link to the PC Connect software. To see the information via a smartphone, tablet or computer you would have to keep the display plugged into a Windows or Mac based computer at all times.  The computer would have to be on at all times. It can not be turned off or go into sleep mode. You would have to keep the software running at all times.  What is the computer you are using? Do you have the display plugged in? What does the software say?
