I just upgraded my SmartHub to the new AcuRite Access. Why is it not retrieving all my stored data and only retrieving data from the time I removed the smarthub and replaced it with the AcuRite Access?

I am having the same issue. I did not want to loose all of my stored historic data.

myAcurite stores data for 31 days (other than all-time high/low info).  The data is not "transferred" to the new device as part of the "replace" process.

However, the data is still up there on myAcurite... it's just associated with your old device.  If you re-install your old device (not through the replace function), you'll be able to request a CSV file of your old data.  I haven't done this myself, so I don't know the exact procedure.

If you've been sending weather data to wunderground, that historical data will still exist there.

Hello Louis and Jeff,

George is correct. When replacing the smartHUB with the Access, the historical data does not transfer.  If you would like to download the previously stored data (31 days) you can reconnect the smartHUB and download your CSV file.  Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
