Accurite Access not working

About 10 days ago, we had a power outage and my satellite internet modem/router quit working. After replacing the router, the access is still not working. It has the red light flashing. I've tried resetting (as found in another thread with flashing red light problem), new cable - everything,  with no results. Then I hooked up my old SmartHub, and it is working. Evidently the Access has gone out! What can I do?? When will the SmartHub be discontinued??
