Accurate locally but not at MyAcuRite

Purchased a 5-in-1 sensor.  Successfully set it up and have been reading data on the color monitor supplied with it.  For about 2 weeks.  Have another sensor that is just one of the basic 00609a1tx units.  Have owned it for a year or more.  It works great with the supplied monitor.

Today, my 09150M SmartHub arrived.  Set it up according to the instructions. Yes, I read the manual.  No problems.  Successfully set up a MyAcuRite account and added my SmartHub and the 00609a1tx sensor.

Problem is that the readings are not even close. monitor for the 5-in-1 says 19 degrees (which is correct), but MyAcuRite says 45. And yes, both are Farenheit.  Same with the 00609a1tx sensor.  The monitor that came with the sensor says 74 (which is accurate) but MyAcuRite says 119.

I have tried all the usual things: power cycling the sensor, power cycling the Smarthub, deleting the device from MyAcuRite, then adding, changing from imperial to metric then back again, etc.  I live in the country with no homes within range.

I will wait. In the mean time, I read about connecting to Weather Underground.  It works! Readings are spot on.  I guess I still care as the basic sensor will have readings inside my house that I would like to monitor while I am away.   I look forward to the next 24 hours.

Update.  Called support.  Left my cell.  Never received a call back.  I think their phone system was having issues.  Called just now.  Number 18 in line.  35 minutes later I was number 8.  Had an important call and had to hang up. Will not try again.  Will just assume that the AcuRite server slowness cannot be helped.

Hello Mountain Guy,

We have looked at your account and you have calibrations entered for temperature and humidity on both the 5in1 and the 2in1 sensor. To remove this please click 'Settings>Devices then Edit and remove the calibrations entered.  The model you have listed (00609a1tx) is not a compatible sensor with the smartHUB.  Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you and have a great day!

Thanks.  I am good now, in that I removed the calibrations.
