Accesss stopped sending data to weather underground

Sharing data with weather underground stopped 19 days ago.  I have disabled and enabled sharing.  I have deleted the weather underground credentials and typed them back in. I have power cycled the router and the access hub (removed batteries).  Data has posted to myacurite.com without issue.  I have ATT gigabit ethernet.  Any suggestions?

Hello Dana,
We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. I can see you are currently sharing your Station ID from your smartHUB and not your AcuRite Access. Can you please follow these steps again: Remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground. Let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.

Have you checked the "splash page" of the Access by opening a local web browser to the IP number assigned to it?

It should show you a screen that has your wunderground login information and what sensor ID it is using.

As of today my firmware is 047.  My accurate is showing my 5 in 1 off line signal strength is excellent, battery strength normal status offline.  I have two temp/humidity sensors which are updating myacurite.  Access splash page shows all three sensors signal strength 4.  I have pulled power and batteries restarted without any change.  After about an hour it came back on it's on.

I had the same problem. It worked for several months and then all of a sudden my station wasn't showing up in WU. Finally Rachell had to create a new station for me and it's been working none stop since February. I think it could possibly be a WU issue, but be advised you will not get any support from WU what-so-ever. No matter how long you try. Rachell will work with you until you get it fixed. I have nothing but good things to day about Acurite. My first indoor unit had the phases of the moon opposite of what they really were. Acurite sent me a new indoor unit without hesitation.

 Another thing I noticed is that there was another station that went on line within a mile of my location. That is when my problem started. After we got me back on line that other station hasn't been showing up. Like I said before. I suspect WU just won't accept 2 station very near each other or those events were sheer coincidence.

Good luck with your problem. Don't give up. I love my station and can check to see if the house burned down when I' away if nothing else..:)

We apologize for any delay in response. Have you tried a new Station ID? I can see you are currently online on My AcuRite but you are still offline on Weather Underground.
