Access offline for several hours. Anyone else having an issue? Wish there was a system status page showing Acurite is up or down and a list of firmware and dates!

Acurite must have done something to the dashboard.
At 05:34 there was a 5deg F jump in 4 minutesMy neighbors 5 in 1 status color is now ORANGE, status WEAK (Previously it was Red or Green only. Been a long time since I saw an Orange: only on smarthub)My FW still shows 047

I rebooted my router etc and still no joy, then I unplugged (& removed batteries from access hub) and still nothing. Now I check & everything is back online. This is why I suggest a "system status" page so if Acurite is offline we dont go around chasing demons that may not exist.

Mine is up and down like a yoyo, is annoying its plugged into router good distance from station , just spends more time down than up , starting to look for better products

Yep, lost signal again for the fifth day in a row,  no help from Acurite on this problem.

I'm not saying it doesnt for some (mine actually is working better then the so-called SmartHub) but IF its down it would be good if Acurite had THEIR system status posted for us to check before re-booting things that MAY be OK. And to re-state firmware roll outs should also have their own page, not a blurb on the right side of the home page saying " Last night we rolled out a firmware update for AcuRite Access," - a post which is actually 2month old!

Ant the Status server should be geographically isolated from the Dashboards servers, just in case there is connectivity issues at the COLO / host site

I am also having the same lost signal issue with my Access (old hub worked flawlessly). Does anyone have a fix or response other than the normal resets that do not work?
