Access stops working

I have a Acurite Access that stops reporting about every week. The red light blinks and after unplugging it and then plugging it in the green light comes back on and starts reporting again. My PC connection is getting receiving data. I have 30 mbps internet speed thru Time Warner Cable and everything else on it is working.

I have the same issue, as many people do. Acurite doesn't seem to care, because I cannot get any help from them.

Hello Josh,

During the time that your Access goes offline what are the lights doing as far as the amber and green light? Is it plugged directly into the router, or are you using a port or switch? How far is the sensor from the Access? What type of construction material is the house made of?

Many people are having these and other issues. When are these problems going to be fixed? Is it going to be soon or should we just get a refund?

I've already answered all of these questions on another post. when i plug the unit it, the light is blue, for about 1 second. then it flashes red over and over again. I've reset everthing, changed the batteries, etc. No change. I'd like a new unit please.
