USPS tracking ends at "Shipment received Package acceptance pending. Lake Geneva WI 53147." on January 9, 2018
Order number 100306483. The website suggests 7 to 10 days for shipping to Canada. My credit card was charged on January 10.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Mike,

We show that based on the tracking information it is on it's way to you.  We show that it arrived in Canada on the 30th of January. It does not at this time give an estimated date of delivery. You can track the package using Canada post with the same tracking number that you were provided in the email.  It should give you the most updated tracking information. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

Hello Mike,

The Canada Post website states claims must be filed by the sender, but I will contact them and see what they have to say.
Thank you.

Below is copied directly from Canada post.ca

If it has been 24 hours since the Track tool indicated the letter or parcel was delivered but the item has not arrived, the sender should report the problem. He or she can start a claim using Online Service Tickets.

Note: Only the sender can file a claim for non-delivery. If you are the recipient please contact the sender.

I have spoken to Canada Post, both at my local outlet and by phone to their Customer Disservice Department.

I have confirmed the parcel was reported to have been delivered to my local Community Mailbox, however no key for one the package compartments was ever left in my mailbox for me to retrieve the parcel. Based on past experience with our mail carrier this is not out of the realm of possibility as they often mix up mail between the various recipients within the group box so it is not inconceivable that the carrier put the key in the wrong individual box. It was not received by any of our immediate neighbours as they would have simply passed the package along to me.

Long story short. The Customer Service woman I talked to on the phone said any claim must be initiated by the sender, via the US postal service who will then contact Canada Post and likely be told all the same things I was told. How long this process might take is anyone's guess.

What happens now?
