Access Sees Sensors That Are NOT Connected!

I just installed an Access. To be safe, I removed the batteries from the two sensors I'm using (one inside, one outside). Access booted up, blue light solid on front, yellow light solid and green light flashing on back. I switched out the Smarthub on the dashboard. Now it gets weird: it says there are two sensors available. How is that possible? They are sitting here in front of me with no batteries!

Steps I took to verify: 1) re-booted Access 2) Waited 10 minutes, closed and re-started MyAcurite in browser (Chrome) 3) Refreshed my browser (CTL+F5) every few minutes.

Zombie sensors.

Looking at your account, I can see there are not any other available sensors at this time. "Ghost sensors" can appear sometimes, usually they do go away after some time. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
