Access Reports False Rainfall

Access is acting up again. This time, the dashboard is showing rainfall of 0.42 inches that supposedly ocurred at 1:00 AM. This was also reported to Weather Underground. I can assure you that it did not rain, nor was there melting snow causing this reading. See attached screenshot.

The display for the 5in1 is correct, showing zero rainfall.

Regardless of any Beta testing, it appears that the Access is not quite ready for prime time. many users are having issues with the Access. Acurite needs to address the problems.

Same problem again today. At 3:00 PM myAcurite shows 0.1 inch of rain and reported same to WU. No rain fell ..... sun is shining and display shows 0 rain.

By the way, where is the Tech support? I haven't seen 1 response from them today!!!

Same problem. AGAIN!!!!! Another instance of the dashboard showing and reporting to WU, 0.42 inches of rain this morning. No rain ..... display is correct showing zero rain.

I have tried the usual canned comment responses of resetting, removing batteries, moving Access away from router and other electronics, but nothing helps.

It would be nice to even get a response from Acurite's tech support, but I won't hold my breath.

Anyone else with this problem?
