Access reporting to WU but not to the Acurite dashboard.

My Access is currently showing offline on the dashboard and hasn't updated in 50 minutes. The front light is solid blue. It is still reporting to Weather Underground. On the splash page, it shows the unit updating every 18 seconds, thought the time is showing 6 minutes in the future. What is wrong with your servers? Why do they keep going down? Why is it taking so long to fix it?  Four months is certainly more than enough time to fix the problem.

I reviewed my data for the last 30 days. Normally, it will upload every 5 minutes to MyAcurite, but there was 167 times it missed an upload, for a total of over 230 hours of missed data (32%).Some of this missing data was as long as 4 hours. During these missing data points, it continues to transmit to my house displays, just not to the internet. The light remains blue on the Access hub. 
The number of missed data points has increased significantly since I upgraded to  the new Access hub.
