Access Rain Issues Continue

In My Acurite & Weather Underground: Rain during day or 24 hour counting periods get zeroed out or reset for no reason. This has been happening ever since I replaced the Smarthub with the Access. The problem could be in The Access firmware or the Acurite servers. I think the same issue occurred with the Smarthub at one time, but I thought Acurite solved that since I hadn't noticed it on my Smarthub at all. I'm thinking about just changing back to the Smarthub and returning the Access to Acurite until they get the issue fixed.

We started issuing an update last night 4/9/18.  This update will automatically be applied to any connected devices over the next few nights. This update will correct the rain resets that have been occurring on your account.  Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
