Access Problems Again!

All Devices shows weak or dead batteries... All at once. Reset the Access and it does not help... Need this fixed ASAP! Never had this problem with the Smart Hub or Bridge...

Started working at 5PM.... What happened to all my data between 4AM and 5PM..... 13 Hours???

Hello Sparkie951,

Do you have the battery back up in the Access? If there is no battery back up and you were offline the information will not be able to transmit to My AcuRite. Were you registering low batteries in the Access device or on your sensors? Right now I can see one sensor is registering low batteries. What is the name brand of the battery you are using in the sensor? How often is this occurring?
