Access not reconnecting after power outage

Have had 2 power outages with the new Access. Both times it didn’t reconnect and I had to pull the power/batteries and lost data. Has anyone got a fix for this? Does it need new firmware or hardware and is Acurite going to fix it? Thanks

How long did you give it to relink up? sometimes hours are needed.

Hi Dan. Both times I gave it nearly 3 hours. Do I need to leave it longer and it will bring itself back online and restore the data? Thanks

Yes try more then 3 hours
