Access not detecting 5in1 Sensor yes I've done all the troubleshooting

I just received a new 5in1 sensor with the Access hub yesterday. I set it up and the display connects to the sensor ok and is showing readings.  I have the sensor 2 feet from the access hub and the hub is plugged with batteries and a solid blue and orange light and flashing green light.  I am viewing the access config on the network using the IP address of the access hub in a web browser.  Nothing I do seems to get the 5in1 sensor to connect to the access.  There are no sensors listed.  Is there a trick to getting this to work?  I have firmware 47.

Danny my guess would be to remove all power from the Access unit along with the Ethernet cable and the power down your router. After a couple of minutes restart your router and let it start working before reconnecting the Ethernet cable and repowering the Access. hopefully the Access will then see your 5 in 1.

Hello Danny,
We can see you are updating on your 5in1 using the AcuRite Access.  Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
