Access Loss of Signal from 5 in 1 Pro Weather Station

Like so many others, I too am getting frequent "Loss of Signal" alert emails generated by my AcuRite Access (09155M) for my 5 in 1 Pro weather sensor (06014M). The email accurately indicate an interruption of data because I see the gaps in my Wunderground Personal Weather Station data. There are many more gaps which last less than 2 hours and do not generate an email.

This same sensor is also monitored by a display (06056M) and consistently shows 5 bars without loss of signal on the display. I formerly had a SmartHub and did not have these issues, but "upgraded" when prompted to do so by the "end of life" notifications by AcuRite. The Access device is in the exact same location as the SmartHub used to be. A new set of batteries in the Pro 5 in 1 sensor has not helped. It is very disconcerting to see the magnitude of this issue without a clear resolution.

I see others have received private emails regarding this issue. Please inform me of AcuRite's remedy or remedies for this situation.
Also FYI the Access device is not listed in the "Related Categories" selection box as far as I can tell.
