Access losing connection to myAcurite.

Since around 12:00 AM on April 20th, my Access stops reporting to myAcurite for intervals of anywhere from 2 to 5 hours at a time. My splash page shows a strong signal and is updating every 18 seconds. The lights on the Access are working fine. The data isn't being received on your end. When it does start showing up again, the data isn't being back filled. And before you ask, I tested the batteries and they are fine. The smart-hub I have connected has not had any problems. The issue is obviously on your end. What the heck is going on?
