Access loses connection 5 times a day

I am having the same issue with the Acurite Access bridge as everyone else. The bridge disconnects on it's own about 5 times a day and sends me a disconnect message. No issues with communication with the actual displays and just changed the battery in the 5 in 1. Is there anything you can offer before I throw this Accurite recommended upgrade in the trash and go back to the old bridge which worked fine. Thanks.

I am having similar issues.. I have changed the batteries multiple times .. Tried re-positioning, moved the bridge .. This is crazy?

Shane, agreed.  It's Accurite's issue.  Everything was fine with my set up until I took the bait and upgraded.  you can't get anyone to answer the phone at Accurite, so unfortunately when it's time to replace my system, I'll go with something more expensive but actually reliable.

I think the Access has an Ethernet controller issue that can't recover from quick power outages. Acurite's troubleshooting steps are pretty lame. Most of us are on the forum because we have all ready tried the basic troubleshooting. I scoured the forums and there is no answer at this point.

Thanks Drew, seems like a firmware update that fixes the problem would be in order. :)
