set up my new access could not be happier.  has a strong signal to the 5 in 1.  sometimes with the other in storms would loose signal.  signal strength to the top.
What it does not say is you have to completely set up your sensors.  I did not like is outdoor or indoor. I have others in garage and freezer.

Explain "you have to completely set up your sensors." My 5-in-1 sensors are working fine, I've got a full signal on my display, and my SmartHub was working prior to TRYING to get this thing to work. In fact, my SmartHub picked right up when I reconnected it after I couldn't get the Access to work.

I have done everything short of pulling down the sensor (I only have the 5-1), which I am NOT going to do, as they are on a 20' pole in my back yard, and it's snowing here.

Incidentally, I have reconnected my SmartHub (leaving the Access also hooked up), and MyAcuRite is onnce again receiving signals with no problems.

I found that the cable that plugged in the back of my access did not fit complete correct and I moved the plug that goes into my router and the light came on and it started to work.  Check the light on the back is on.
