Access Issues

Suddenly not seeing my 5in1. 4 days ago my Wunderground quit getting updates, working backwards I logged into my access and it isnt seeing my 5in1. I replaced my batteries in the 5in1 but still not seeing each other, any ideas?

forgot to mention my 5in1 is successfully sending data to my acurite display, and yes, I restarted my access, several times, pulled plug, removed batteries, etc.

Hello Douglas,
I can see you have an intermittent connection issue with your Access. When your Access goes offline, does your 5in1 come back online by itself or do you have to do a power cycle to get them back up and running? I see you are sending to Weather Underground, do you lose connection to WU as well? What building material is between the Access and the sensors? What is the make and model of your router? What Internet service provider do you use? Do you have batteries installed in the Access? If so, what brand?  Do you have the Access within 3 feet of any major electronics, router and smartHUB included? If so, please move the Access away from the electronics as far as the Ethernet cable will allow you.  Please monitor the unit and let us know if the intermittent connection continues.
