We are very sorry for the delay in response. I can see on 3/19/18 when this was reported the rain totals had reset at 11:09AM. We started issuing the update last night 4/9/18. This update will automatically be applied to any connected devices over the next few nights. This update will correct the rain resets that have been occurring on your account.
