Access Installed. PC Connect conflict?

Just installed the AcuRite Access earlier today in place of the "Hub".  I am now getting e-mails notifying me of a Loss of Signal from my 5 in 1 weather station.  When I check the MyAcuRite and Wunderground sites, the data is updating.  Do I need to shut down or uninstall the PC Connect program to stop the e-mail notifications?  Thanks!

Russ you should only be using one or the other, so if you have the Access working then you do not need the PC connect .

Hi Ledrak,  Do I need to uninstall the PC Connect program, or simply shut it down?  Thanks.

Hello Russ,

Ledrak is correct. You do not have to uninstall the software, but we do recommend disconnecting the PC Connect USB cable and shutting down the software. Has this issue continued? Thank you.

I think you can just shut it down. and disconnect the usb cable from the display to the computer.
