Access hub (sort of) dies periodically

I have 2 Access hubs and 1 SmartHub. My first Access hub went all red in the browser (all thermometers unavailable - i.e. red) again today. The other two were fine.

Last time was 4/21/2018. I traced the traffic and found that it was repeatedly getting Amazon AWS IP addresses from dns and then spent time attempting to contact them unsuccessfully. I reset my router and that cured the problem as usual.  The missing data was then (gradually) uploaded.

I sent a problem report then, but haven't heard back yet.

Today was the same drill. Note that a router (& sometimes modem as well) reset seems to cure it, so if anyone else has this, you might try that before resetting the Access and losing hours of data.
