Access Hub Problems

I installed my new Access hub Saturday evening. Once I had it connected it has not been able to stay connected for more than about 8 hours at a time. Sometimes it fixes itself, sometimes it doesn’t and nothing I do seems to make a difference. I have tried disconnecting g it and removing the batteries, and have even tried using the reset button, but now all I can get is a red flashing light.

Hello Ken,

Is it all the sensors that are going offline or just specific ones? What is the name of your internet provider? What type of internet service do you have? Is the AcuRite Access plugged directly into the router or are you using a port or switch? What is the model number of the hardware you are using with your Access (router model number, or switch model number)? Please try to power cycle both the router and the Access doing the steps below:

Power down the router and AcuRite Access for at least 2 minutes. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the Access. Remove the batteries from the Access. After the 2 minutes power up the router. Wait for it to come back online. Put the batteries in the AcuRite Access and plug in the Ethernet cable. Power up the Access. Give it a couple of minutes. If this does not correct the issue please let us know.
