Access Hub No Longer Reading Probes Connected to Outdoor Sensors

I have a very large system with over 50 sensors connected to 10 Access Hubs.  Today I noticed that none of my wired probes (connected to Outdoor sensors) are providing data to myacurite.com.  The Outdoor sensors are providing data just not the probe.  I have my old hubs located next to each of the new Access hubs and they are seeing the probe data just fine so I know that the probes are sending data. Everything was reading just fine yesterday.  What's up?

Energizer. The outdoor sensors are on 4 separate Access hubs each on a different router (2 different ISP's).  Each of my shadow/clone hubs (the original hub before the Access replaced it (then added the sensors back onto the old hub for this very reason)), see's the data from the probe.  Everything was reading fine last night.  Seems like it is some kind of issue with myacurite.com not reading the Access correctly.

Can you log directly into each Access and see the connected devices?

Terry,

I think you are correct that it is a MyAcuRite issue

My probe data is also mssing right now. Outdoor T&H are OK. I also use Access, but no longer run the old hub in parallel.

Access is still showing firmware as version 046, so that's not changed

Oh, thank you.  I wasn't going to run in parallel, but I am so glad I took to time to get it all up and running.

Hello Terry,

Looking at your account, I can see wired sensors currently updating. Has this issue been resolved? Thank you.

I too noticed that my wired devices are no longer working I have two independent systems, one of which runs the new Access, one of which runs the old access point (have not gotten around to changing it yet). So it would seem to me that the issue is something at Acurite,

I should also note that these two independent systems are in two different places on distinct network hardware. They all dropped the wired sensors at the same time. Sometime yesterday. They were working prior to that.

Update: And now the Hub system is reading the wired sensors without any issue. The Access sees the T/RH, but not the wired sensors.

its not only the hub but the access is also not reading the wired probes, Mine was 1st sporadic and as of yesterday it went out completely. I'm sure they are working on that issue we just got to give them time .

Hello All,
We did experience an issue on My AcuRite where probe sensors were not showing for a short period of time. This issue has since been corrected. I did verify your accounts are now showing the probes attached.  Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
