Access goes offline with increasing frequency

I've been running the new Access for several months and have been experiencing an increasing frequency of it going offline.

Usually can be corrected by reboot (I've removed the batteries to make this easier) but recently has required multiple reboots.  I'm running the old reliable smart hub in parallel and have not experienced any issues with that device.

  I've read through some other posts have have replaced the network cable (plugged directly into the router) and moved the Access a 36" away from router and still experience dropouts. 

  Anyone have any suggestions?

Face it.  We've all been ripped off with the access.  Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit.  Acurite isn't planning to fix these problems.
