Access goes offline after a while.

Purchased the newest Access hub last month. Easy setup and am running 6 sensors. The problem is that the Access will not stay connected over 24 hours and the it goes offline. I can unplug it and start over but the same thing happens.
I bought a new Ethernet cord and moved it 25’ from the router with no success. I removed the device and put my old hub back in service where it has been flawless for the last 2 days.
Looks like I wasted my money on the latest & greatest.

We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with your AcuRite Access. Can you please reconnect the Access so we can further investigate this issue?  Can you please provide us with the following information:

Do you have batteries in your AcuRite Access? If so, what brand?

Who is your Internet Service Provider?

What kind of internet do you use?

What is the exact hardware models between the internet and your Access such as Modem, switch, and router models?

It’s been almost 24 hours and surprisingly it’s working fine. I still don’t have confidence in it yet but so far so good. This is like taking your car to the mechanic and it runs great when you go!

So do you think the difference is the batteries or the Ethernet length? It appears batteries but I want to be sure...

Thanks. So far it’s working fine. The only thing I’ve done different is add my old hub to the dashboard. So far so good!
