access discount code not forthcoming for 2nd device to replace 2nd smart hub

Have spent hours trying to contact organization.  Submitted 2 different smart hubs' MAC addresses to get 2 one time discount codes.  Have only received ONE discount code twice, WHICH WERE THE  SAME .  Telephone numbers provided by Acurite do not work (always busy, or a failure to call back (twice).  I think this corporation needs to work on their customer relations quality control.
