access blue light constantly blinking

Just got my new Acurite Access (model 09155M). 

When I power it up, the blue light stays constantly blinking, even after leaving on all night.  It appears the Access is in perpetual start up mode.  Its connected to a router as required.  The router port working fine with other devices so I know the issue in not the router port or cable.

I've tried resetting the Access but still the same issue.  Please help

It is possible that it is not correctly connecting to your network. What is the status of the two little leds on either side of the Ethernet port on the back? For reference you will find an explanation of the various states of the front light here:

Thanks Mark, there were no other lights on and I did talk to tech support. They are sending me a new unit.
