Access arrived DOA 2 weeks ago, trying to get a replacement

Purchased new Access Hub direct from the company which was DOA. Tried calling for replacement but hold times 3 to 4 hours. Submitted an email 2 weeks ago and received 2 replies that they will handle my email in the order it was received. Still waiting!!!
