A Second Access?

How do I go about getting a code for a discount on a second access without calling the customer service number and being on hold? I tried replying to the email that I received when I got the code for the first one, but the email was kicked back?  Yes I do have the second MAC ID address.  Thank you.

You can't to my knowledge. I have two SmartHUBS and had to call in.

They verified my account and took my information over the phone and are shipping two Access Units with free shipping since the order was over $50.

Was able to call in this morning and took about 15 to 20 minutes from start to finish.

EDIT Update: You might try an email to support@chaney-inst.com with your information. Can't guarantee you any success but they might respond, who knows?

Decided to follow Chateau's advice above and made the call. Called at 9:00AM EST and was number 5 on hold. After 11 minutes being on hold I talked to Sherrie and she set me up with an order for the second access. She said she couldn't give me a second discount code, but was able to place and order for the Access at the discounted price. All in all, not a bad experience. I should get my Access on April 6th.
