6014RM Sensor Issue

I have not been able to get my new PWS up and running after 3 days of trying.  I have posted to this blog, but have not received any responses.  I have wasted so much time troubleshooting and reviewing other blog responses.  Could someone please help me.  I did uninstall and reinstall the Acurite connect program and was able to reestablish my bridge, but I still cannot share my bridge because nothing appears in the sensor drop-down box for me to select from.  Please advise.

I have also followed the instructions, provided by AcuRite employees, for resetting the sensor/monitor, but this did not solve the problem.  Without being able to select a sensor when sharing my bridge I am not able to transmit data to the wunderground or be able to view the data on the iPhone app.

Issue has been resolved.  I spoke with customer service and they were awesome.  I was using the wrong MAC address.  I needed to use the MAC address associated with the bridge that is plugged into my router, not the MAC address associated with the monitor.  Thanks.
