5in1. Not the best design. .

5in1. Not the best design. The snow builds up on top of the 5in1 sensor and prevents the wind speed indicator from spinning. Also, the snow blocks the solar panels from the sun. And, I had a high temperature reading until I trudged thru the snow and cleaned the sensor off. It imediately dropped to the true temp.

Hello Fred,
We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your 5in1 sensor. To help prevent snow buildup on the sensor, you can spray the sensor with lubricant such as WD-40.  This will help the snow fall off the sensor rather then stick and build up.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
