5-in1 Signal to 06058M drifts to zero and never updates after startup

Got a 5-in1 Weather sensor and HD Display for Christmas and finally starting it up.
Only 50 yards from sensor to display. Tried in multiple locations and will get 4 bars on reboot/startup and unit will update, but then the signal drifts to zero and never updates again.
Tired changing to Lithium batteries, changed channels, etc., but problems still repeats itself.

Also, tried the HUB, but after initial startup, getting no blue lights on either side.

Wondering if the whole system is worthless???

Any other troubleshooting I should try?

Hello Bill,

What type of construction material is the house made of? How far is the sensor from the display? If you have the sensor and display next to each other do they maintain a signal? The blue lights on the smartHUB can be toggled on and off by pressing the register/activate button for 10 seconds. Please press the button to get the blue lights to come back on.

Mid 1960's wood with Masonite siding. Display is mounted on exterior wall beside a window.
Sensor is approximately 53 yards from the display and has clear line of sight.
Yes, they maintain signal next to each other, but once I take the sensor outside and get 10 yards away, I lose signal.
Got a repeater today, and am having the same results. Reset the unit and will get full bars, but then it will drift to zero.
Got the hub working, but not getting a signal from the sensor. Am going to move it to the closer router to see if I get signal tomorrow.
Will try tomorrow to put the display in another location, also.

Hello Bill,
Please let us know if moving the equipment helps you. Something in between the two units is causing a disconnection. Do you have Low-E or energy efficient windows with argon gas? Thank you.
