5-in-1 Weather Station shows "red" OFFLINE status

I believe there may be a "server side" issue with MyAcurite Account.  The MyAcurite shows my last update six days ago.  That's when I reloaded my computer and the PC connect software.  The PC connect software shows "Data Sending" to My Acurite Sharing and Weather Underground.  Weather Underground updates every 12 minutes just fine.  I have shutdown my PC for two minutes and brought it back up and the "Data Sending" is working, and my device has a strong signal and batteries, but the red bar is beside my device name.  Please check my account on the server side to push it through.  I tried calling support but there were 33 people ahead of me.  Thank you!

Having same problem here with new Acurite access.. Was working great and signal is excellent but it is offline?

I personally found that if you go to the settings menu and remove the sensor you are using and then reinstall it, it began to work for me after 2 months of being offline. I hope this works for you all too.
