I have reviewed your account, and it looks like you are experiencing rainfall carry over and erroneous rain readings. How long have you had your smartHUB for? Where was it purchased? You are getting single reading of rain at the start of a new day – before the accumulation resets to zero. This happens when the smartHUB’s first data transmission of the day occurs before it receives the updated time from My AcuRite. Once the smartHUB receives the time after midnight, the smartHUB automatically resets the rain accumulation to zero, but is not able to impact data sent before the reset. However you are not getting any rain so it is erroneous rain as well. When is the last time you should have rain registered on My AcuRite?
