5-in-1 stuck reporting 99% outdoor humidity

My 5-in-1 is either model 06004R or 06004RM (I don't feel like climbing on the roof again). My display is model 01036-RX. It is stuck reporting 99% outdoor humidity. About 45 days ago I replaced the single cell fan with a PRO+ upgrade (model 06003M or 06003RM). I have done the hard reset a couple of times now with no luck. I have fresh alkaline batteries. I have changed the channel a couple of times now. I heard there may be a part that can be replaced? I'm sure that everything is out of warranty (this is now my second 5-in-1, my second indoor display, my original Smart HUB <which got the big firmware upgrade a couple of years back>, my second Wind Cup Assembly <although now I've got the Pro+>, and I just added two wireless Temperature/Humidity Sensors (for a gun safe and a storage area). Please help!

Hello Jon,

To know if it is compatible with the replacement board we would need to know the exact model of the sensor. It is located on the sensor. You would need to get the sensor down.  The replacement part is only compatible with these specific model numbers: 06004M / 06004RMA1, 06014M / 06014RMA1, VN1TXCA2. If you have a model number other than that you would need to replace the complete sensor.  If you end up needing to replace the whole sensor, I would recommend taking off the dual assembly and then using that on the new sensor.
