Our 5 in 1 sensor with aculink isn't registering humidity correctly. The Display shows very resonable readings, but the reaidng on aculink has been at 99% for a week now(since we installed it). The display is currently showing 59%. I have reset the bridge by holding the register button for 30 seconds. I have also left it unplugged for a few minutes. But we are still having issues. Any ideas?

Hi Geoff,

Please verify that the weather station that you are reading on your dashboard is not labeled Acurite HQ on the left side of the page.  If it is please follow the instructions below.

When you are looking at the widgets on the My Backyard Weather dashboard, on the top black bar of each widget, do they read Acurite HQ? If so, please log into the website at www.acu-link.com and follow the steps below.

- In the upper right hand corner you will see a white box with your email address on it, please click on that box.
- In the drop down menu, please select "Follow my friends bridge"
- You will now see a box that has a red and white "X" with the following next to it: 24:C8:6E:01:16:C3 Lake Geneva, WI 53147
- Click on the red and white "X"
- You will now get a pop up window that will ask you if you want to unsubscribe from that bridge, please hit okay to confirm.

You should now be taken back to the dashboard where you should either see your bridge and 5N1 sensor widgets or you will see two buttons, one of which will say Register My Acu-Link Bridge Device.

If you see only the buttons, you will need to press the top button and register your mac address located on the bottom of your bridge.
