5 in 1 sensor not connecting to base

I have had my Professional Weather Center for about two years now. It is model #01512. I have replaced the batteries in the both the indoor and outdoor units with both units sitting within one foot of each other and also have tried a “hard reset”. The inside unit tries to connect to the outside sensor but it never does. I have tried a hard reset twice and still no connection. Both units are on the same channel also! Any other suggestions??

Did it just stop working, or were you having trouble with it before changing the batteries?

I was having trouble with the outside temp, wind speed, direction etc..... so I changed out the batteries and it still does not work.

This might be a long shot, but trying moving the A-B-C switches in both the sensor and display quickly back-and-forth a few times.

Then try each channel setting.

Sometimes the A-B-C switch contacts get a bit "dirty" and flipping them around might fix that.
