5 in 1 Not Working

My model 01525A sensor will not sync with the base station. I swapped batteries, channels and all other tips I could find in other posts. I have tried contacting customer service staying on eternal hold with no luck. Did I make a mistake buying an Acurite product? Anyone know of another way to communicate with customer service other than dialing 262-729-4852?

you didn't mention this in the above, did you try to have the sensor within a foot of the Base Station to see if it can sync or not?  If it does, then replace sensor where it was and see if you still have sync and good signal reception.

Bill, I have tried with the sensor next to the base station and it will not sync.
